The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with clean as new rooms and common areas. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with excellent service. The hotel's location was a major plus, with easy access to public transportation and proximity to the vibrant center of Friedrichshain.

One downside is that the room curtains let in a bit too much light, making it difficult for some guests to sleep in.
